Can I write the name in Arabic?
Yes. Type the name in Arabic or English in the name field on the product page — we make it exactly as you type it.
How many letters can the name have?
Up to 12 letters. For longer names, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll advise.
What’s the difference between gold and silver?
Every design comes in a gold finish or a silver finish at the same price. Choose the finish on the product page.
How long does it take?
Each piece is made to order. It is made and delivered within 1–2 working days anywhere in the UAE.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — delivery across all the UAE is included in the price of every piece.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Write your message in the order notes at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card in the box.
Can I return a personalized necklace?
Because it’s made with your name, personalized pieces can’t be returned unless faulty. If anything is wrong on our side, we’ll fix it — see Delivery & returns.
