Delivery

We deliver across all the UAE, and delivery is included in the price of every piece. Because each necklace is made to order with your name, it is made and delivered within 1–2 working days. We’ll message you on WhatsApp when your order is on its way.

Personalized items

Every necklace is made specially for you with the name you enter, so personalized pieces can’t be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault in the product. Please double-check the spelling of the name before you place your order — we make it exactly as you type it.

Faulty or damaged items

If your piece arrives damaged or with a mistake on our side, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
